    Hello, question from Germany!!

    Hello,

at first: Respect for your Support and your activity in the arena! I really like the swedish footbal and the atmosphere in your stadiums.

Now my question: I want to visit a game of AIK in this summer. Of course, a highlight would be AIK-DIF on 13.08.2014. But I do not really know how and where to get tickets. Is it possible yet or later? And can you give me maybe a link where to buy tickets for this or other AIK-matches?

I hope you can help me and I would be very happy to visit Stockholm and your football!

Best regards and many greeting from Germany!!

P.S.: If the thread is wron here, you can move it of course! ;)

Here you can get tickets for the games: Aik Fotboll Biljetter på Ticnet |Se Händelseinformation

Right now you cannot get tickets to the derby or any game from July forward, because the date and time for these games have not yet been set. The date you have is a "preliminary" date. I think they will fix this in late may or june.

Sie können die Tickets an ticnet.se kaufen. Aber tickets wurden noch nicht veröffentlicht. Ist wirklich Datum genagelt?

Danke, dass ich proben ein bisschen Deutsch!

Will write in English too if my German is out of hand, heh. But you can get the tickets over at ticnet.se. Though I'm not sure that the date have been set yet, or am I wrong? Also the tickets hasn't been released yet either.

Thanks a lot for your fast answers! Yeah I think you are right, it is a preliminary date. I was a bit scared that it is to late, because in Germany you have to buy the tickets at the beginning of the season.
But how many tickets can buy one person? Maximal 2?

I don't think there's an actual limit set. Might be one later depending on how big the demand for tickets become.

AIK- BP is not a fantastic derby! It's like an ordinarily allsvenskan game

You must be thinking of AIK-djurgården?? That game is in September.

Edit: My bad now i see that it's in august.

    Greetings from the UK also!
I follow the fortunes of AIK from here in England, I have done for about 5years now..since I was taken to the Rasunda when i was in Stockholm.
While this thread is running.. I have a question to ask?
I will be in Helsingborgs the weekend we play there in September and will definitely be wanting to go to the match!
My preference would be to be with our support, can anyone help me with information how i go about getting a ticket for this game?
The whole trip has been worked out around this game so i'd be forever grateful for any assistance that can be given!!
    Cheers
    AIK UK #1 Fan

I recommend you to fire away an email to fotboll@aik.se. They'll probably be able to help quite a bit better.

I would recommend you follow the stream of supporters heading for the ground and to the away section, there will be a lot of them and there is no chance in hell they will steer you wrong, at the most you might end up at the seated section - not, the end of the world - some one will be able to point you in the right direction.

Once there, purchase your ticket at the little red stand right outside/in front of the away section, like every one else. There is a blue sign with white lettering that says "BILJETTER" - you can't miss it. Just please don't forget to mention the word "UNGDOM".

This is what I always do, and it never fails :-)

Cheers for the advice Heidi! I was sort of hoping tickets would be available on match day and will be checking on here closer to the time to see where the Rodents will be gathering pre match.. as for "UNGDOM" i think i'm a few year beyond getting away with that!!!
My only concern now is that the game takes place on the Saturday or Sunday and isn't moved to Monday as leave Helsingborg Monday AM is it like here in UK games are moved about for TV purposes?

Looking forward to seeing Gnaget again live so thanks again for your help!

also thanks cSx that was a line i was gonna follow depending on the answers i got from here!

Luckily it's the first round of the UEFA Europa League Group Stage the following Thursday. AIK is already qualified for the preliminary rounds and Helsingborg will be there as well if they win the cup final against Elfsborg later this month. If either team qualify for the group stage, the match will be played on Sunday the latest.

Well, then you are in luck, because they will be :-)

Haha, I very much agree with you on that one, and I think I actually might be getting a little bit to old for that myself. The fact, though, is that most of the smaller clubs in Sweden will let you get away with that sort of stuff - and I'm telling you - this is a much appreciated and probably the most common way of going about getting a ticket on game day, for the supporters who are traveling regularly.

It happens now and again that some matches are moved to fit a/the TV schedule, and on some occasions the police have moved a match to "a better time" - there are some derbies we've had to play at noon; this is usually done based on the premises that they want to "avoid trouble between fans". If the match is moved for TV it's mostly depending on the respective teams position in the league, and weather or not either of the teams have an opportunity to win the league. At least one of the two teams need to be doing fairly well, at least, for the match to be moved - so no - I wouldn't say there is that high of a risk the match being moved.

    You have fun!

Edit: Just saw Anbo1987 had a good point a few posts above.

Wasn't it this match the police in Helsingborg wanted to move because of the general election the same day?

HAHA I can see the look on the ticket sellers face now as i ask for a youth ticket in an English accent!!
All i can hear them saying back to me is "You havin a larf?" (said in a Kenny Paveyesque accent for full effect!)
But if works i'm all in favour of a few quid off my ticket price.. Ticket prices are a joke here in UK and i regularly pay more to watch my team in the third tier of English football than it costs you for derby games and many clubs here survive in the knowledge visiting teams will bring a large following with them, but will up the prices because they know the fans will come no matter the cost!

TV seem to move games around here more than the police these days but some 'HIGH RISK or CAT A' games are scheduled for early kick offs for the same reasons still tho.

Yes Anbo1987 fingers crossed we still involved or Hif and we draw british team in the group so I can see us in Europe! ;-)

An other (in general) good trivia on away games is that the person selling you the ticket will be either 8 years old; or they will be +60 years old, and the chance is they wont even understand what you are saying (works a bit like a movie theater). If they actually say that to you, just say the word "UNGDOM" once again and most of them will buckle down because of you being persistent.

Although I might add that this doesn't work a hundred percent every time, but nine times out of ten you will succeed, and Helsingborg is rarely a big hurdle in this aspect.

"UNGDOM" firmly imprinted in my brain now and will definitely give it a go for the sheer devilment of it, it'll be worth a laugh if nothing more!

..and No problem Saerimner! Better hope for Everton, they the closest british club to me that could still be in by the group stages. My personal preference would be Hull City and that only because i've not been to their 'new' ground and it'd be the perfect excuse to take a trip there!

North Wales not far.. but without looking i not sure who from LoW has qualified.. but whoever they are, there's a 99% chance of them being out! That leaves lreland, again 99% they'll be all gone too! Scotland would be cool.. but is a long way from here, as is London, either would be a GREAT day out tho! We not played a british team in europe since 2007.. so i reckon we must be due to draw 1 again soon!!
